For our Client, a leading producer of sustainable packaging solutions, we are looking for German speakers interested in the Customer Care Specialist position.
Customer Care Specialist with German
Responsibilities:
- identify and assess B2B clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction,
- answer customers’ questions and queries via phone and email, manage their orders, and update data in the system,
- support logistic processes, including transportation and deliveries,
- provide information about products, pricing, sales, etc.
Requirements:
- very good English and German (min. B2/C1),
- customer service experience is a plus, but not required,
- great interpersonal and problem-solving skills,
- ability to learn quickly,
- very good time management.
