We are a rapidly growing team of the Office of General Counsel, bringing together lawyers from a variety of specialties to support transactions, projects and initiatives undertaken by the firms in the PwC network.

Technology in-house lawyer

As an experienced technology lawyer, you will have a core role in leading legal negotiations with our clients, supporting business teams and working closely with the business stakeholders.

A successful candidate will:

  • be out of the box thinker
  • be a team player, able to forge strong working relationships with colleagues and willing to contribute to joint projects
  • be able to negotiate independently, be a virtual leader of multidisciplinary teams, identify and manage legal, business and commercial risks and provide high quality guidance and advice
  • draft agreements, create templates and translate them into PwC policy, standards and controls
  • conduct reviews and assessments of contracts with a focus on high risk ones
  • support client facing teams as a trusted legal advisor
  • advice on technology projects, licensing and contracting methods, as well as intellectual property rights
  • be able to work in a less defined environment and making decisions based on limited information
  • be able to prioritize and take responsibility for your advice

Join us if you have:

  • degree in law
  • demonstrated command of technology, data and artificial intelligence projects and related laws and regulations
  • proven track record in leading negotiations of complex IT projects
  • at least 5 years of working experience
  • proficiency in English
  • intellectual property
  • experience in IT firm is a plus
  • strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
