We are the Client Visit Experience (CVE) Team, a group of experts within the Business Services who work in the following domains: content, branding, and logistics. Everything we do serves the purpose of engaging our clients and making their visit experience the best it can be. We strive to be the partner of choice for services sales organizations, and to enable top-line growth with our integrated support throughout the entire sales cycle.


  • Client visit scheduling, managing the Visits’ Diary

  • Building the visit agenda in line with the key sales messages

  • Coordination of the visit deliverables (presentations, virtual office tours, sales materials, branding)

  • Maintenance of the Client Visit Experience supporting tools

  • Providing necessary communication to Capgemini employees (regarding dress code, security policy reminder, etc.)

  • Develop, manage and maintain effective working relationships with our stakeholders


  • Fluency in English (both written and oral) - B2/C1 level

  • Experience in Event/Project Management

  • Good PC skills and working knowledge of MS Power Point, MS Word and MS Excel

  • Advanced SharePoint and MS Teams skills and other MS applications (e.g. Sway)

  • First class communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, natural “knowledge-sharer”

  • Ability to operate in international work environment
