YOUR TASKS

  • Developing and running marketing strategies for key bids – advising on communication channels, touchpoints, and marketing collateral (ex.: Visual Identities, videos/animations, interactive booklets, etc.) that effectively position and differentiate Capgemini during a bidding process.
  • Advising sales teams on effective approaches to positioning, and marketing of Capgemini services during a bid and then driving those activities. Working with the sales team to create activities that generate interest in Capgemini's services.
  • Driving best practices and recommending improvements in day-to-day operations – optimizing success of bid support activities through analysis, benchmarking and reporting.
  • Supporting selected accounts with long-term account-based marketing – ideas for optimization of existing content for both traditional and digital channels, proposing new approaches and touchpoints to attract client attention.
  • Demand generation: You will be responsible for both service retention and growth of services by building deep relationships with key marketing, sales, and product decision makers within our organization, to whom you will be able to provide targeted marketing support.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in creating engaging sales messaging to influence the client perception and set us apart from the competition.
  • Experience developing creative strategies and briefs.
  • Experience in bid management, sales support, new business, or account management, coupled with experience in marketing and communications.
  • Experience in digital marketing as well as working with agencies.
  • Highly developed project management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Very good negotiating skills with the ability to manage third party vendors.
