Professionals skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Team Management (10 + employees) in multi-country environment. Preferred (Shared Service Operations or BPO preferred)
- Experience in Cash Collection and Risk Management
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance is required. Certification in International Credit Management and Certification on Trade Finance Instrument will be a plus.
- Excellent English in both written and oral.
- Good understanding of IT systems in general (familiar with SAP).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional manner and positive (can do) attitude at all times
- People management and development skills
- Self-directed, well organized and effective
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment managing multiple priorities
- Determination in pursuit of the set goals
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
