This is a new and challenging role that involves complex accounting tasks from all three accounting processes – OtC, PtP and RtR. Candidates with experience in all 3 are welcome, but if you know only one or two of these – we will support you with training that will allow you to expand your knowledge and learn new skills.

Scope of duties:

The main responsibility of the R2R Subject Matter Expert is to support the BPO organization end-to-end where R2R process expertise is required. During the solution phase the R2R SME will drive process related activities such as: to be process design, SLA establishment, tool gap assessment, assist in client orals and solution reviews. During the transition phase, the R2R SME will drive process related activities such as: creation of to-be process maps, review of DTPs, establishment of SLA baselines, configuration of tools and establishment of operational headlights reporting.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 6 years work experience in Accounting/ Finance
• Detailed understanding of R2R processes
• Accounting qualification ACCA / CIMA nice to have
• Consultative communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Willing to travel
• English: Fluent
