Record to Report Team Leader

IBM BTO BCS in Cracow is one of the leading international companies providing business process support services. In our center we are providing accounting and financial services to foreign customers in three core processes: Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.

 

Record to Report Team Leader

Work location: Poland, Cracow, Armii Krajowej 18
 

The RtR Team Leader supervises a team of specialists and handles escalations. He/ She is the role model for the team in terms of leadership, motivation and positive behavior. The Team Leader assists the Delivery Manager with the delivery of a high quality, customer focused service to clients and for the timely and accurate processing of complex F&A transactions and all related tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and control frameworks.

 

Scope of duties:

  • To provide Management with timely and accurate reporting that captures performance trend metrics of the Team
  • To provide daily support to the Team in order to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
  • To set, monitor & report the team targets and goals on a monthly / quarterly basis in line with the targets
  • Constant process review and document improvement areas for the team
  • Ensuring all processes / procedures are documented and updated as and when required
  • Ensure maintenance of headcount to deliver customer requirements and work with HR to manage attrition and deliver quality of hire to maintain a stable workforce with the relevant knowledge and skills to complete the work and deliver a quality service to the end customer

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree - Finance or Management as an asset
  • At least 3 years experience in MS Office especially Excel
  • At least 3 years experience in procurement/accounting
  • At least 6-12 months experience in people management experience in a Team Leader or stand in role
  • English: Fluent
