HR Advisor - International Mobility
Work location: Shell Energy Campus, Czerwone Maki 85

 


Job description:

 

  • Managing-International Transfers, Domestic Transfers (for expatriates), Repatriations (as focal point) and Termination activities as sending and/or receiving advisor

  • Providing expatriate HR services to ensure that transfers of staff and families from/ to Shell companies in the relevant region are handled efficiently and in accordance with the policy

  • Providing end-to-end coordination of the transfer activities

  • Accountable for all activities relating to a transfer case, ensuring that other parties involved

  • Co-ordination of relocation services through relocation consultant

  • Liaising directly with employees and service suppliers and take ownership of a transfer case

  • Escalate complex cases and queries appropriately on expatriate policy to the Subject Matter Experts

  • Handing-off support of expatriates to Transactional Services


Requirements:
  • English min. C1
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience – previous experience in HR or Service environment preferred
  • Strong customer focus and ability to use in practice service excellence principles
  • Team work - ability to cooperate with different parties involved in a transfer process to its successful resolution
  • Personal effectiveness - ability to plan, organize and coordinate own time and work
  • Initiative
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
