Junior Support Specialist
Workplace: Gdynia
We are looking for skilled professional interested in joining Training and System Support team being a part of Group Operational Risk. Our team is introducing, developing and maintaining a GRC system from a leading software provider. We are open when it comes to volume of your engagement (preferable is full time but part-time is also welcome). Please note that you will be working with distributed international team.
The position we offer
You will be responsible for:
- supporting users of risk-management system
- user access administration
- supporting the team with current sprint tasks
- delivering value-added tasks within agile sprints
- administrative support
The qualifications you need
Essential skills:
- Has communicative English skills (written and spoken)
- Holds at least Bachelor diploma (BA) or equal
- Is well organized
- Has positive, flexible and self-motivated attitude
- Is eager to learn and develop him/herself.
Preferable skills:
- Has an interest in risk management
- Has a basic understanding of agile philosophy or knows agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
