• Processing changes in SAP HR system from Hire to Retire according to defined SLAs and processes as well as agreed quality standards (Focus: Complex and Advanced Changes ) including the information of affected stakeholder due to process;
• Adjustment and correction of records as required;
• Processing Calendar Driven Reports and Ad-Hoc Reports;
• Support in conducting Audits and Ad-Hoc Audits;
• Processing of individual HR transactions and reports;
• Answering simple process questions and questions regarding used technology regarding HR master data management via email;
• Supporting process changes and adjustments.

• 1-2 years of work experiences in SAP (Hire to Retire);
• Excellent French language skills (C1) and good English skills (B2);
• 1-2 years of work experiences in HR Outsourcing / HR SSC;
• Basic knowledge of HR Processes with focus on HR Administration Processes;
• Experiences in the use of CRM system e.g. eNate or Neocase;
• Basic to intermediate level of MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-Powerpoint skills;
• Positive attitude and willingness to supersede targets as well as do to do mentality.
