Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

Recruitment Lead

Key responsibilities

 

Key responsibilities
 
Running complex recruitment projects, including start-ups for new engagements
 
Acting as a point of contact in HR aspects for our clients
 
Conducting phone interviews and scheduling next steps of recruitment process
 
Delivering regular reporting on recruitment status and SLA
 
Making job offers for new employees and providing feedback to candidates
 
Taking care of candidates’ database
 
Initiating process improvement initiatives and taking part in various HR projects
 

Requirements

 

Minimum 3 years of experience in managing recruitment projects

Fluent English

Experience in mass recruitment would be an asset

Experience in recruitment agency would be an advantage

Very good knowledge of MS-Excel

Excellent organizational skills

Very good teamwork skills

High communication skills

Stress resistance
