We are looking for person with initiative to join our team responsible for the accurate and timely calculation of cash payments, information and processing events across a range of products including Interest Rates, Equity, FX, Finers, Options, Funds and other. In the team an obligation is also a resolution of all post value queries and investigations. We are also responsible for providing a high level of Client Service. You are a good match for the role, if you are dedicated person with good interpersonal skills, able to develop relationship with Clients. You should have good analytical skills what makes you able to assess processes, identify and implement improvements for efficiency gains.
 

As the successful individual you will be responsible for processing all assigned tasks, including, but not limited to:

• Monitoring Client Queries inbox, ensuring all queries are responded to within a timely manner
• Working closely with Custodians, Control Team, Relationship Managers, experts in sending locations
• Knowing products and understand market mechanisms
• Understand the business areas that the group supports and manage workflow
• Finding, monitoring and resolving breaks
• Working on department metrics and reporting them
• Understanding of operational risk and ensure Client protection is ahead
• Processing Client’s choices regarding corporate events(mandatory, voluntary) and reconciling our accounts over 5 main markets
• Handle complex processing with process exceptions, clearance, servicing and settlement of deals
• Perform letters to Clients with given choices
• Monitor receipt of cash and stock and work queues
• Working with all types of financial instruments and opportunity to support new business initiatives
• You would work from 9:30 till 18:00
