We Offer
Chief Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Division in Wroclaw is looking for talented individuals to join one of the teams in Control Room function:
- Personal Account Trading
- Control Room Trade Surveillance
- Research Clearance and Chaperone
You will become part of an international community in a premium Swiss Bank and you will receive insights into how a global Bank is internally governed. Depending from the team your responsibilities could involve:
- Supervision of personal account trading activities of Credit Suisse employees in EMEA region and administration of surveillance system or
- Surveillance of the Bank's and clients' trading activities on the leading exchanges globally (e.g. LSE, Euronext, NYSE, HKE) across all asset classes or
- Review Equity Research publications for potential reputational and regulatory issues, control of the flow of information between Research and Investment Banking departments
Other responsibilities will involve growing variety of tasks:
- Providing compliance advice to employees
- Investigating and escalating violations of Credit Suisse policies
- Monitoring transactions according to internal regulations and policies
- Promoting awareness of applicable regulatory standards and internal policies
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with various business partners around the world (Compliance Department, Front Office, IT)
- Identifying risks and committing to the ongoing development of Control Room procedures
- Acting as a liaison with internal control groups on compliance-related issues and responding to audit requests
You Offer:
- You hold university degree, preferably in economics, finance or banking
- You are fluent in English
- You have understanding of banking industry and its regulatory environment
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability and confidence to discuss issues at a senior level
- You have sound analytical skills and attention to details
- You possess very good Microsoft Office skills
- You are reliable, patient and diplomatic in your work
