Custody Settlement is acting as local custodian for 3rd party banks and brokers. Furthermore it is global custodian for securities transfers for pensions funds, insurances, fund managers, investment managers / advisors, international banks and brokers, Credit Suisse International Locations, EAM's and UHNWI's and EUROM. As a part of the C&T Department, you, as a new member, will be responsible for the closing and booking of pending breaks by using internal web based tools. Investigation of unmatched / unsettled trades.

What will be your duties on this position?

• Handling of incoming exceptions
• Instructing manual dispositions
• Identification and analysis of different types of breaks
• You will contact with internal interfaces as well as custodians & clearings for trouble shooting in order to expedite closing of pending breaks and unmatched SWIFT transactions
• You will participate in process improvements and quality reviews, improve efficiency and productivity on an on-going basis
• You will perform all assigned duties in a proper way and according to defined Service Levels descriptions and established Key Performance Indicators. Handling of all Business Units and all products
• Working across teams and departments ensuring efficiency and accuracy

You Offer

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. German would be an asset.

• You have analytical skills, ability to conduct profitability and implementation / effort analysis
• You have very good MS Office skills
• If you have good knowledge of financial products, that would be a plus
