Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for timely cash collection
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements for the teams' are met
  • Responsible for creating and providing functional and operational reports to executive management that provides essential information to manage the business.
  • Creating consistent methods for analyzing and reporting metrics. (including description of trends and meaning)
  • Develop, maintain, and update all collections and accounts receivable process documentation
  • Provide process improvement guidance / changes for review by leadership
  • Work with collections management team to drive continuous improvement in the collections process.
  • Assist management with career development activities for team members including performance management, informal feedback, training, and resourcing
  • Provide internal and external audit support, as requested
  • Perform credit control activities in line with client's procedures and policies
  • Be in contact appropriate credit control institutions
  • Escalate credit control related exceptions
  • Execute control checks of compliance with client's credit policy
  • Execute cash collection activities

Qualifications

  • Fluent English
  • Education - Accounting, Finance or any Business related course
  • At least 5+ years work experience
  • At least 3+ years work experience in shared service center environment in order to cash
  • At least 2+ years work experience as team leader
  • Effective team player
  • Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks
  • Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
  • Flexibility, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing
  • Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
