Due to rapid growth of Tax Line of Service in PwC Service Delivery Center in Katowice, we are looking for an inspiring leader being able to successfully build and manage large team. As a Tax Delivery Manager you will be part of wider Tax Management team in PwC SDC with direct reporting line to SDC Tax Delivery Leader. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
People management:
- Developing and leading a team of 100+ individuals providing tax-related services to global PwC network,
- Coaching and Supervising Assistant Managers and Team Leaders,
- Planning appropriate capacity and utilization of team members in accordance with budgets,
- Monitoring staffing levels and overseeing recruitment process,
- Inspiring and motivating team members.
Business development and client management:
- Developing service portfolio and client portfolio in respective area,
- Building and maintaining relationships with multiple clients / stakeholders,
- Setting KPIs with clients and ensuring those KPIs are met,
- Handling escalations and customer service.
Performance management:
- Driving daily productivity,
- Achieving budgets and KPIs,
- Driving high quality of services delivered,
- Cooperating with Process Team to drive continuous improvement and process standardization,
- Implementing and maintaining SDC strategic projects and initiatives,
- Working with other managers to deliver cross-team work.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in managerial role,
- Experience in service delivery, preferably in SSC/BPO or financial sector,
- Experience in change management and / or developing new structures,
- Experience in tax area (Indirect Taxes, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing) or financial reporting area will be strong asset,
- Strong leadership and people management skills,
- Fluent English, second European language will be an asset,
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
