Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:
HR Systems Support Administrator
Key activities
  • Administrates data in HR Information System
  • Cooperates with HR Consultants and leaders to assure correct data and process flows
  • Contributes to HR systems' processes
  • Contributes to accurate and consistent employee information for reporting, merit and bonus cycles
  • Supports HR partners in various system related tasks and projects
  • Supports system testing, roll-outs and translations
  • Supports programs and projects in collaboration with other team members
  • Demonstrates independently technical proficiency and working knowledge of standard practices, procedures and systems
  • Provides expert-level resolution of escalated issues and overseeing system integrity for the region
Key Qualifications required
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • 1+  years proven experience as HR or systems / reporting based professional
  • English language skills at advanced level (written and verbal)
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organizational, cultural and legal sensitivity related to employee information
  • Very good ability to understand data and system interdependencies
  • Very good communication skills
  • Very good team player skills and ability to work in an international environment
  • Basic knowledge in project management
