For our Client, international and globally recognized company establishing its Global Business Service Center in Cracow, we are currently looking for German speakers for the position of Customer Support Back Office. You will be joining a faced paced environment with a high standards and strong goal to create the place for professionals.

While working at this role, you will be responsible for being in daily contact with both- external Clients and company's finance department. You will provide a professional and responsive service to customer's enquiries via email only.

We are looking for Candidates with excellent German (C1 level is a must) and at least communicative level of English (daily communication with plant office employees). Openness and very high communication skills are required. We are looking for people that are interested in the field of finance and customer service.
