On behalf of an international, middle-sized manufacturing company (approximately 850 employees worldwide), operating its Polish plant (200 employees) located in North-Eastern Poland, we are looking for a Candidate for the position of Financial Analyst.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for preparation of monthly group reports for the Management Board and supporting annual and multiyear budget planning with group Controller. Moreover, this person will analyse monthly variances between actual results, forecast, prior periods, and budget in areas of sales and operational performance, as well as perform ongoing analysis of key business drivers and operational performance. What is more, the Candidate will play pro-active role in implementation, maintenance and development of the current reporting systems and processes and respond to inquiries from the management board.
We are looking for Candidates with at least 2 years of a professional experience gained on similar position in an international Group or in sales, production and procurement controlling. The Candidate should have a university degree in BA/ Finance/ Economics/ Technical Education/ Mathematics etc., and be an advanced Excel user with an experience with SAP, BW or similar. We require from Applicants to speak excellent English (at least B2/C1), second language (German or Russian) will be a plus. Perfect Candidate should have the willingness to travel abroad and to grow career in finance function.
