For our Client, who is building their BPO Centre structures from the beginning we are looking for Accounts Receivable Team Leader who will take part in creating new AR team.
On Accounts Receivable Team Leader position you will be responsible for effective delivery of receivables activities such as collections, cash posting, invoicing etc.You will be responsible for the model, baseline data and collection, trend graphs and comparatives as well as for all customer standard reporting and validation where contractual obligations allow. You will monitor team performance and prepare development plans for team members and track their implementation.
To be a successful you need to have at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable process as well as possess experience in managing team. Fluency in English and in German or French with advanced knowledge of Excel is essential. You should present analytical thinking, very good communication skills and be customer-oriented.
