Position purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide services from F&A area to the Client, by managing and processing documents in PTP area as well as to reply to queries raised by the vendors and Client.

  • Pre-Process, Capture, Authorise Invoice and T&E Processing
  • Request Authorisation
  • Support in payment processing
  • Document Management
  • Support India Team
  • Vendor helpdesk
  • Provide answer to Vendors and Client queries
  • Internal Audit of PTP Processes
Main accountabilities

Service Delivery: ensures that the daily activities, within his/her responsibilities, are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed with Team Leader. Achieves targets to maximize productivity, quality and service standards. Demonstrates knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function. Responsible for a customer focused service towards the client, reacting to client requests and queries in a timely fashion. Maintains a proactive working attitude towards the client.

- Continually strive to simplify, standardize and improve processes subject, to approval of the Team Leader. Continually seek out ways to improve client satisfaction.

- Contributes to a positive and supportive team culture. Helps the team improve efficiency. Shares knowledge on PTP Process and related procedures with other team members.

Requirements
  • Good command of English (B2 level)
  • Very good command of German language (at least B2 level) 
  • Relevant experience in P2P area
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
