Currently we are looking for the candidate for our CEE Regional Finance Team for the following position:
 
Junior Financial Analyst


Candidate profile:
 
 
  • university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Econometrics,
  • experience in the finance function (i.e. internship) will be an asset,
  • understanding of finance, management accounting and reporting areas,
  • excellent communication and presenting skills,
  • strong aptitude for numbers and figures,
  • analytical thinking and ability to successfully resolve complex problems and issues,
  • ability to multitask and complete assignments in timely manner with highest quality standards,
  • MS Office skills, especially Excel; VBA skills will be an advantage,
  • strong time management skills combined with ability to work under time pressure and tight deadlines,
  • ability to work in a multinational team in a fast-moving environment,
  • fluent written and spoken English and Polish.
 
 
The Role
 
 
  • work in a regional team which coordinates finance function in almost 30 countries in Central & Eastern Europe,
  • function in a multinational environment requiring strong cooperation within the team as well as with internal clients across organization,
  • support management  with statutory reporting, providing accurate and timely information for the regional management,
  • support budgeting, forecasting and controlling activities,
  • participate in various finance related projects for local and regional purposes
  • prepare information related to business processes, accounting and reporting,
  • full-time availability required.
