You will work on client projects to implement Salesforce CRM system and Force.com applications and ensure delivery of innovative and high quality solutions to customers in Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and other European countries. The ideal candidate demonstrates ability to understand Client’s business and the way it is impacted by technology solution, has experience with enterprise applications and speaks fluent English.
 
 
Role:
 

• Analysis of business requirements and mapping them to Salesforce capabilities
• Designing system functionalities according to business requirements
• Participation in sales process by creating Proof of Concept solutions and presenting them to the prospective clients
• Implementing business requirements with ability to utilize Salesforce built-in functionalities and configuration toolkit of Force.com platform
• Presentations of implemented solutions to customers
• Maintain and enhance internal knowledge of Force.com components and solutions available in AppExchange (Salesforce app store)
• Creative approach for solving common challenges across projects

 
Candidate's profile:
 

• Experience in delivering commercial CRM projects
• Good knowledge of Salesforce platform
• Very good analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Competency with relational database
• Open minded seeking for innovative solutions
• Self-Starter Attitude
   

 
Nice to have:

• Experience in working with enterprise- class  CRM systems
• Previous experience in consulting company
• Salesforce Certificates
