Customer Support Executive with German
YOU AND YOUR TEAM:
Join a team of 30 colleagues located in Gdynia and directly support customers from the financial industry speaking German and English. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries in close cooperation with teams globally.
WHY IS THIS JOB IMPORTANT?
You will be the first point of contact for customers, shaping their experience in terms of product functionality and financial data and becoming advocate of their needs. You will support solutions such as Datastream, DataScope and Eikon.
SOME OF DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM:
- Offer expert advice on Thomson Reuters applications over phone and e-mail
- Respond to and resolve data and functionality queries
- Update customers on case progress in a timely manner
- Continuously improve your product and market knowledge
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
- Fluent German and English
- Client communication skills
