Join us as a Senior Financial Analyst - Controlling!
Responsibilities:
- Support the EMEA Financial reporting process and help in actively managing issues
- Provides senior leadership, partnership and decision support for the following areas via financial analysis, reporting, and planning:
- Transfer Agency
- Poland Office Management Team
- Service Delivery Client Service Europe Management Team
- Service Delivery Asia Management Team
- Influence financial performance by providing insight into Poland financial /economic trends
- Deliver clear and comprehensive Financial reporting to the Poland office Management team, and Poland Executive Committee
- Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of management reporting, budgeting and forecasting and ad hoc analysis
- Support process improvement and automation projects along with reporting and assessment of ROI for PRev initiatives
- Development of management reporting tools
- Collaborate across the Business Line Controllers Organization
- Staff coaching and Development
Qualifications:
- University degree in Accounting or Finance preferable
- 7+ years of experience in preferably with some Financial Services experience or working in International environment
- English level: C1 or higher
- Advanced command of MS Office tools
- Advanced excel skills
- Experience in project management would be an asset
- Highly motivated and proactive, with good verbal/written communication
