Senior Reporting Specialist

Join us as a Senior Specialist in Client Reporting team!

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Prepare client reporting and review reports prepared by junior staff
  • Work with the Client Reporting supervisor in procedures manuals preparation
  • Develop and maintain a working familiarity with applicable BBH policies and client requirements
  • Maintain awareness of reporting changes effecting funds
  • Communicate appropriately with the Client Reporting Supervisor with respect to all timetables and workflow, and communicating to the extent appropriate about all relevant matters with other department members within BBH
  • Assist reporting specialists with complex issues/inquiries
  • Promptly escalate sensitive/risk issues to management
  • Ensure daily deliverables are completed timely and accurately
  • Ensure procedures are in place for all clients and are updated timely
  • Ensure controls are in place and adhered to in order to prevent unnecessary risk to the client and/or firm
  • Leverage Knowledge of BBH products and services
  • Assist in the coordination of new business and product implementations and conversions
  • Communicate appropriately with the Client Reporting Supervisor with respect to all timetables and workflow
  • Support work completed by junior level staff members with regard to internal policies, procedures and systems as required
  • Perform special projects as directed by the Client Reporting Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Strong Excel & VBA skills
  • Fluency in English
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the area of finance with a preference on fund accounting, accounting, transfer agency, audit, custody.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated.
  • Proven ability to problem solve and recommend solutions.
  • Strong aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capable of monitoring and completing a variety of projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a client-driven, deadline oriented environment.
