• University graduate (Master or Bachelor degree) in Information Technology;
• Previous experience with enterprise IT solutions;
• Working experience in a multinational company will be an advantage;
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT solutions (server and client operation systems, virtualization, network, storage, Internet technologies, etc.);
• Knowledge of and experience in any of the following systems or processes will be an advantage: Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS, Windows servers, network protocols, VMware virtualization, Cisco network devices, Linux, disaster recovery, mobile device management, Microsoft Active Directory;
• Basic understanding of firewalls;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio;
• Basic knowledge of ITIL will be an advantage.

• Leading system and solution design efforts for complex business and IT initiatives;
• Facilitating requirements meetings, solution design analysis, and solution design for IT architecture projects, translating requirements into technology components to best satisfy business requirements;
• Designing particular IT systems to be implemented according to the organization’s standards and roadmap. e.g.: assessing server, storage and infrastructure sizing; analyzing hardware sizing to meet application requirements;
• Creating and updating architectural design documentation and diagrams, facilitating training;
• Serving the role of a subject matter expert and internal consultant to the IT department;
• Cooperating with IT teams in dealing with complex IT infrastructure tasks and non-routine support issues;
• Supervising vendors in implementation and technical support tasks;
• Aligning disaster recovery plans and procedures with the architected solutions.
