Demand Planner
Work location: Kraków

Job description:

The purpose of the Demand Planner role is to develop the best possible forecast of future demand requirements at SKU level for selected SKUs in order to achieve business growth targets, while at the same time ensuring that the plan makes best use of supply chain capabilities.

 

  • Generate the unconstrained demand forecast for finished products with Sales, marketing and via statistical models.

  • Timely management of portfolio changes in the system in conjunction with marketing.

  • Drive Forecast Accuracy Improvement

  • Active participation in production capacity assessement meetings

  • Short Term Adjustment Management

  • Supply disruption Management

  • Driving Continuous Improvement projects 

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in Demand/Forecast planning

  • Demonstrated analytical capability

  • Stakeholder management skills

  • Strong record of results delivery against stretched targets

  • Supply Chain planning experience is an advantage (FMCG type)

  • Experience with integrated SAP/ERP systems is required, and a knowledge of Planning Tools (such as APO) is an advantage

  • Good command of Excel and Powerpoint

  • English min. C1

  • Russian min. B2 is an advantage
