Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:
Senior IT Training Specialist
Key activities
- Design and deliver training programs in formal (classroom), informal (floor-walking) or online (e-learning and webinar) settings
- Analysis of training needs within the organization and designing programs based on these needs
- Running surveys to identify the IT training needs within the organization
- Write and update training manuals and handouts for training purposes
- Creation of digital training materials
- Monitoring, evaluation and review the quality and effectiveness of training, assessment and outcomes of courses delivered
- Keeping up to date with relevant systems, software and technologies used at Amway
- Communication of training offerings to employees of all levels and maintaining a training catalogue
- Liaise with partners (e.g. external course providers) to fulfil the skills needs of Amway
- Facilitate group activities to motivate employees and to inspire a progressive atmosphere for knowledge transfer
Key Qualifications required
- Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism and/or Computer Science
- 3+ Years previous Experience in Training / Communication area
- Expertise in Microsoft Sharepoint and other Content Management Systems
- Experience using video, photo, graphic design software
- Deep knowledge in Web and Digital Technologies
- Experience in Project management
- Advanced English skills in speech and writing
- Advanced communication skills
- Organizational talent

- Readiness to travel
