Currently we are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of:
Senior Manager in Energy Group in Advisory Line of Service
The Role:
As a key member of the team:
- You will be heavily involved in projects delivery to our Clients from energy sector
- You will be leading Clients’ and PwC project teams, and support them with your expertise, knowledge and experience.
- You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and actively involved in project selling process.
- You will be working on internal initiatives developing new value propositions for our Clients
- You will be required to stay connected with the PwC network to actively develop your personal network and gain/ share knowledge.
- You will be responsible for coaching more junior staff (typically people from Manager grade).
Candidate's profile:
- Previous experience (+8 years) in strategy consulting and transformations delivery projects gained in international consulting company
- Experience in implementations of complex solutions, strategies and process transformations
- Proven track record in leading large-scale projects
- Ability to evaluate, develop and enforce projects within PwC network
- Previous strong track record in building relationships with Clients
- Ability to work with different stakeholders to resolve complex issues
- Strong analytical thinking, as well as strong ability to successfully resolve complex problems and issues.
- Excellent command of MsOffice
- Strong planning, time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: decisive and result-oriented
- Enthusiastic and passionate about solving Client’s issues
- Enthusiastic and passionate about work, good team-player
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Fluency in Russian language would a strong advantage.
