About Credit Suisse

Credit Suisse is a leading wealth manager with strong investment banking capabilities and strong presence in our home market Switzerland. We seek to follow a balanced approach to wealth management, aiming to capitalize on the large pool of wealth within mature markets as well as the significant growth in wealth in Asia Pacific and other emerging markets. About Operations

Operations carries out high-quality and efficient banking services covering both Investment Banking and Private Banking divisions. We operate globally in four regions – Switzerland, EMEA, APAC and Americas.

You will be a part of the team that develops and manages highclass banking products and processes that maximize profitability while minimizing risk in partnership with teams from across the bank. Global Operations employees also manage operating and securities processing platforms across the bank to help our clients achieve their goals cost effectively.

Global Operations Wroclaw is currently a team of over 700 employees, supporting a wide range of products and services covering Equities, Fixed Income, Prime Brokerage and Private Banking & Wealth Management Business Divisions and their clients.

About the Program

Our 3 month Internship Program gives outstanding university students the opportunity to gain real experience within the financial services industry. As an intern you will work in one of the Group Operations teams, whilst receiving further soft skills and product training.

You will typically work 30-40 hours per week for a 3 month period whilst in conjunction with your studies. In addition to working in daily business, you will have opprotunities to meet with senior managers, colleagues and peers at all levels across the bank. Interns are also encouraged to take part in various activities like project work and charity events, which are an integral part of our work culture.

Your managers will work with you on an objective and review process, which provides structure to your placement and gives you an outline of placement requirements and goals. This practice also gives us a tangible framework for assessing you for a full-time graduate position after your graduation. The internship program is our core hiring channel for our full-time Analyst class.
