Job description:
Management Information reporting
 

  • Partner Wells VPs will finance support in appraisal and management information reporting process.
  • Responsible for coordinating quarterly appraisal process and providing business insight, transparency and forward looking comments.
  • Provide variance analysis to the global management information pack in consultation with the GM discipline and respective VPs.
  • Ensure complete, good quality and timely Wells disciplines actuals submissions.
  • Setting up own costs, services demand and FTEs reporting structure on behalf of Wells disciplines.
  • Hold a role of “go-to” person for various own costs reporting aspects.

Planning Process and Latest Estimate reporting
 

  • Partner Wells VPs in all business planning activities.
  • Responsible for the planning of departmental costs.
  • Ensure that costs (plan and estimates) are sufficiently challenged, analysed and understood by the business owners.
  • Partner HR during the country Full Time Equivalent (FTE) planning and latest estimate process.
  • Prepare insightful and top-quality plan vs estimate summary for the disciplines leads.
  • Actively participate and represent in all engagements related to planning or LE process.

Continuous Improvement
 

  • Actively seek opportunities to improve efficiency of data collection process and quality control.
  • Cooperate closely with various group of stakeholders to impact positively delivery process.
  • Support and encourage others (both locally and globally) to initiate improvement ideas in own costs reporting area.

Requirements:
Successful candidate must be able to:
 

1. Deliver seamless end-to-end MI analysis through various network of stakeholders
2. Demonstrate ability to share relevant data and insights clearly, also to senior management level
3. Build effective partnerships with business and finance stakeholders at all levels
4. Well-developed ability to prioritise tasks and stay resilient in a multi-stakeholder and delivery-focused environment.
5. Have a natural commercial curiosity and be experienced in business partnering.
6. Show willingness to build internal and external relations on cooperation rather than on challenge.


Experience and qualification required
 

  1. Seasoned finance professional with diverse post-qualification experience
  2. Proven communication, interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels
  3. Proven ability to initiate and manage change in changing reporting environment
  4. Excellent financial and business analytical skills with ability to see beyond the numbers
  5. Working knowledge on MS Excel. MS Access or VSB proficiency would be an advantage
  6. CIMA or ACCA would be an advantage
