For our Client, multinational provider of paper and packaging solutions for consumer and corrugated packaging markets who established SSC Centre in Cracow, we are currently looking for Accounts Payable Specialist with fluent German.

This role includes holding responsibility for end to end process, incoming invoice register, performing formal invoice checks, cost coding, query resolution, follow-ups with various Company Departments (Purchasing, Finance, HR, other) following US GAAP and local regulations, payment proposal.

To be successful on this position you need to have educational background in Accounting/Finance and at least 2 years of experience in Accountancy (experience in Shared Service organization as Account Payable Specialist will be a strong asset). Very good command of German and English are required. Experience with ERP systems (knowledge of JDE 7.2 would be an asset) with strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) is also essential.
