• Degree in Accounting or Finance is required;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a financial process role in high volume transactional finance environment;
• Experience in a Shared Service Center;
• Very good command of written and spoken English is essential (international environment);
• Other Central-European language can be advantage (Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Slovak, etc.);
• Experienced user of SAP (or other ERP) and Excel;
• Good knowledge and understanding of financial processes;
• Professional behavior, strong communication skills and orientation on internal client;
• Organized, self-motivated person with analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.

• Assist in monthly delivery of regional consolidation of internal Management Accounts in a timely manner;
• Independently perform process activities based on received guidelines and internal policies;
• Post and reconcile Management Books documents;
• Perform regular checks on financial database in order to maintain good quality of data;
• Prepare ad hoc reports, manage special reporting requests;
• Ensure service delivery in line with agreed controls and procedures with a strong focus on customer satisfaction;
• Report directly to Senior Management Accountant;
• Closely collaborate with the other process streams in order to resolve customers’ problems.
