Job description
Job role: to build a global framework and industrialized approach towards suppliers on-boarding that can be used for France and reused subsequently for all other countries being on the E-invoicing roadmap.
Main accountabilities
- First contact with supplier
- Chase and collect answers from suppliers response
- Raise request with OT to create account for supplier in AO (based on Legal Supplier form completed by supplier/verified by OBO)
- Provide supplier with training materials (email template + link to webpage once created)
- Follow up if supplier registered
- Organize calls to guide supplier through the vendor portal (can be one online training for more than 1 supplier depending on volume)
- Receive request from supplier for EDI connection, Send the request for EDI connection to OpenText, System trainings for users/suppliers, UATs
