Position Description

Reporting to the Manager of Client Service Support Team, Officer performing and reviewiewing Client Service related tasks on a highest level and in accordance with agreed quality standards.

Leades and participates in projects, creates efficiencises, constanlt looks on how to improve the process.

Supervises teams to ensure that all deliverables are produced and dispatched on time in accordance with client service level agreements and agreed quality standards.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Takes care of the development, testing and implementation of new systems and products.
  • Identify issues and problems in service delivery and carry out necessary corrective action, keeping team and Officer informed. Record the issue in the issues log and track progress.
  • Ensure contingency plans exist for the work of the team and where necessary contribute to the business continuity plans and tests.
  • Plan and manage the daily processes and the effective utilization of resources.
  • lead planning and management of all relevant project work.
  • Act as a source of technical expertise on State Street systems.
  • Share your technical expertise and knowledge with the team during team meetings, 1:1 sessions with your colleagues and during on the job training.
  • Provide coaching, guidance and support to staff on technical, professional and client issues.
  • Execute GS test cases :FA data generation, Internal TOM functions, outbound to Gemstone.
  • Document defects and communicate to test manager / business analyst

 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a Fund Accounting environment
  • Very good working knowledge of Excel including VBA.
  • Very Strong analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively within strict client deadlines.
  • Very Good English skills.
