Summary of the role and objectives:
- Optimize Group financial & business controlling processes & activities, in order to improve, simplify, standardize and/or automate management information, reporting and KPI’s
- Manage projects and/or take part in the implementation of Finance IT systems and tools in Group Service Centres in order to support & automate controlling activities & reporting
- Coordinate a controlling process for global IT division (budgeting, forecasting, etc.)
- Take part in business initiated improvement projects as representative of Group Finance
- Integrate with CFO and CEO as well as report to the Head of Controlling
- Maintain and improve group controlling tools in cooperation with IT division
- Is responsible for improving group reporting mainly based on existing IT system
- Is responsible for IT Solution & IT Infrastructure division Develop and improve existing reports and controlling tools within a group – budgeting, forecasting etc.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics or Business with an excellent academic track record
- At least 4 years of experience gained as an auditor, financial analyst or controller
- Good technical / conceptual understanding of finance processes & systems
- Proficient in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
- Able to complete quality work on a timely basis with attention to detail
- Proven track record of handling confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with all levels of the organisation
- Strong interest in IT/ERP systems
- Knowledge of Cognos is a big plus
- Team-player with strong interpersonal skills who can also work independently
- Strong command of English
