For our Client, which decided to establish new Finance Centre in Katowice, we are looking for Finance Professionals who will join various departments, including Fixed Assset team.

On this position you will be responsible for performing various operational F&A activities within an Fixed Assets area as well as  preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Moreover, you will report periodically or upon request KPI’s measurements and prepare process documentation: desktop procedures and process maps during the transition process. You will manage fixed assets addition (initial asset creation review on purchase request), monitor assets under construction, dispose fixed assets properly and timely as well as reconcile fixed asset sub-ledger vs. general ledger and prepare fixed assets roll-forward.

We are looking for professionals with previous experience within GL/AP/AR departments who are willing to develop tin Fixed Asset team. Knowledge of German and English as well as very good communication skills and ability to work in the team are required.
