BBH is currently searching for Intern in HR Talent Acquisition team to support its recruitment activities in Krakow.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Selection:

• Direct sourcing and candidates’ selection for IT and financial roles
• Scheduling interviews and conducting phone HR screens
• Providing feedback to candidates

Client Service Excellence:

• Communicate with candidates in appropriate way and assure they are provided with stellar candidate experience
• Ensure that all information and collateral relating to opportunities at BBH are accurate, professional and positively impact the reputation of BBH

Qualifications:

• Currently in 4th or final year of studies at relevant major
• Must be motivated, highly organized, detail oriented and display sound judgment, critical thinking and influencing skills
• Ability to think independently and creatively, and take ownership of tasks
• Demonstrate high degree of professionalism especially in communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Proven ability to be independent yet team oriented
• Fluent English
• Good Microsoft office skills, including Excel
• Passion for recruitment and willingness to develop in HR area
• Nice to have: some internship experience in sales and/or recruitment would be beneficial
