• Minimum 3-4 years experience in auditing companies;
• Good Polish GAAP/IFRS knowledge;
• Experience in supervising work of others;
• University degree preferably in Accounting or Economics;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish (other languages are a plus);
• Demonstrated leadership, problem solving skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels;
• Willingness to travel for out-of-town engagements;
• Experience in international environment / projects will be a plus.

As a Senior Consultant you will act as a lead member of an engagement team and be responsible for performing all aspects of the engagement, including planning, fieldwork, research on audit and accounting issues, reviewing financial statements and disclosures, coordinating and clearing all levels of review. Responsibilities for the senior will vary depending upon the scope and nature of the engagement. Develop and motivate junior audit staff and provide them with counseling and career guidance.

• Pursuing Polish Chartered Accountant, ACCA certification;
