For one of our Client, a growing Shared Service Centre in Kraków we are currently seeking Candidates for the position General Ledger Accounant.


On this position you will be a part of a team responsible for general ledger operations, including: preparing journal entries, reconciliation of accounts and intercompany balances, maintaining fixed assets register, monthly processing of depreciations, supporting period-end closing process, performing various analyses, supporting the audit process, assisting with implementing and maintaining internal controls and procedures, assisting in preparation and reporting of VAT and Intrastat, investigating and resolving errors in respective area of responsibility, as well as proactively suggesting ideas for continuous process improvement.

We are looking for Candidates with an Academic Degree in Finance or related area, who have approximately 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in accounting (GL), gained preferably in SSC environment. Fluency in English is mandatory , Spanish or Italian would be a huge asset.
