Who we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience as a Team Leader;
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with IT Operations;
  • University graduate (Bachelor or Master degree);
  • English – advanced level, both written and spoken;

Your future role

  • Manage IT Operations teams (IT Security Operations, Network Operations, System Administration, Desktop services, in total about 20 people);
  • Assume end-to-end responsibility for management, maintenance, provisioning and monitoring of all operated IT environments;
  • Continuously improve infrastructure performance across data centers and services Review efficiency of existing IT systems and advise appropriate system changes;
  • Provide regular management of change initiatives to ensure availability, performance and reliability of systems;
  • Identify and evaluate alternative technical solutions, provide recommendations for the use of new and existing technologies;
  • Manage internal infrastructure projects that may require cross-departmental resources and coordination;
  • Participate in defining system requirements, e.g. assess server, storage and infrastructure sizing, analyze hardware sizing to meet application requirements;
  • Liaise with business representatives with regard to general matters of assigned business applications and services;
  • Support process owners and business representatives in incident resolution and processing of service change requests;
  • Cooperate with service owners and business representatives on service development, according to business needs and in compliance with IT strategy;
  • Maintain documentation, including diagrams, inventories and operational manuals for all operated IT environments;
  • Provide strategic, budgeting and disaster recovery/business continuity planning to offices and staff;
  • Contribute to continuous service quality improvement.
