Currently for our Client, a leading global financial services firm who is a leader in investment banking, we are looking for Team Leader of Reporting and Analysis.

Your new role
Holding the position of Team Leader of Reporting and Analysis you will be in charge of leading the team, which is responsible for preparation of the regulatory reports as per FED/SEC requirements on monthly and quarterly basis. Your team will be collaborating across world with multiple stakeholders for sourcing information and delivering as per the requirements. What is more, you will be ensuring requisite documentation is in place covering the process and conceptual part of activities; data integrity by adhering to the internal control policies and procedures. As a Team Leader you will be supporting new business initiatives wherever applicable which would involve working across different teams. Providing the proper responses to the audit as well as supporting in the User Acceptance Testing`s wherever applicable.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideal Candidate should possess at least 2 years of team leading experience as well as 3 years of relevant experience from the financial institution and background supported by college degree in Finance/Commerce or similar field. Good logical and analytical skills, strong accounting skills and aptitude to work with numbers, communication and communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Moreover, candidate we are looking for is proficient with MS Office applications and fluent in English. Regulatory reporting background and knowledge of US GAAP will be an advantage. Candidate should be flexible with shift timing (14-22 or 15-23).
