Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily identification of orders in the system
- Identification of "out of scope movements"
- Ensuring correct allocation of distribution agreements orders to a distributor within agreed deadlines
- Reconciliation of distributor's positions based on Custodian Statements
- Fees calculation
- Responding to any queries from internal or external sources accordingly to operational procedures
- Ensuring professional attitude and team spirit
- Participation in internal projects
- Escalating any special problems and events to the management
We are looking for you, if you:
- Have an University degree
- Are fluent in English
- Are fluent in French
- Had first experience in the fund industry or a financial background
- Pay strong attention to details
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Are able to work effectively as a team player
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are stress resistant
