Join us as a Migration Manager – Globalization Office  

As a Migration Manager you will be leading a migration management discipline by overseeing migration leaders/ coordinators, serving as a point of escalation, and resolution in required cases. In this role you will champion building and maintaining relationships with BBH Product Owners, Senior Department Leaders and Workstream Leads as well as partners in decision making process where required. What is more, you will be providing governance to the portfolio of the migrations between BBH entities and/or from BBH to BPO providers.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Set direction for the Migration Management team, aligning resources and empower the team to manage multiple migrations.
  • Assess migration demand, identify resources required to accomplish goals and align resources accordingly.
  • Define and coordinate activities associated with the migration portfolio for each location and/or BPO vendor.
  • Serve as a first point of escalation for all matters related to migrations.
  • Work closely with BBH BPO Vendor Management to ensure all migration considerations are updated in the Master Service Agreement.
  • Accountable for coaching and mentoring direct team members.
  • Lead migration governance including reporting to key stakeholders such as Steering or Oversight Committees.
  • Ensure escalation of critical issues to key stakeholders and facilitate decisions where needed.
  • Participate in internal Product Management and Oversight Committee meetings to provide migration overview including, status, risks, next steps and key items of note
  • Champion relationship and cooperation with the stakeholders to maintain smooth co-operation, reacting to feedback on time, identifying issues and risks on time to enable implementing appropriate mitigation effort
  • Accurately report Migration Overview to various levels of Senior Management.

 

Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years’ experience in Accounting/ Finance/ Outsourcing service industries
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in migration management. Experience in setting up Business Centers in the Central European region as well as in migrating work to offshore operation center is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in managing teams
  • Experience in leading international complex multidisciplinary project portfolios
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading by influence
  • Demonstrated risk management experience on complex portfolios
  • Experience in change management programs within organizations undergoing similar transitions & migrations
  • Project Management skills to effectively manage project scope, risks and portfolios
  • Excellent stakeholders' management skills across different geographic regions
  • Excellent people management, coaching and mentoring skills
