Job description:

The purpose of the Supply Planner role is to ensure that the right product is available at each location within the region/cluster in order to fulfil customer orders on-time and in-full.
 
ERA (Europe + Russia) region planning team is going through an important transition in 2018, co-locating regional Product Lifecycle Managament, Demand Planning and Supply Planning activates in a central team in Krakow
 
Accountabilities:
 

 

  • Ensure a feasible supply plan is in place to deliver on-time-in-full to our customers

  • Manage product flow through the buffers

  • Review/release & expedite production & deployment

  • Execute network movements

  • Master data input

  • Back Orders Management

  • Act as Lubricants Supply Chain (LSC) interface with Sales for local markets when required

  • Proactively identify and intervene on cases of overstock

  • Maintain medium-term outlook on demand variations and ensure supply chain capacity is adjusted to meet requirements

  • Preparing for seasonal demand uptake

  • Execute diagnostics of on-time-in-full failures and implement effective remedial actions with relevant functional teams.

 

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of Supply planning experience

  • University degree preferred in supply chain/logistics

  • SAP/DDMRP system knowledge advantageous

  • Virtual working experience

  • stakeholder management

  • Ability to maximize business opportunities

  • Analytical skills

  • Able to demonstrate a continuous improvement mind-set

  • English min. C1
