- Develop & Manage the Universal Enclosure (UE) business and the portfolio of customers, especially OEM, Panel builders, Installers, and Integrators but as well the End users and Distributors in Poland, ensuring profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
- Handles the promotion of the UE offer including the P&S (adapted products and services) and provide technical and commercial support & trainings to the clients.
- Achieve financial targets and business goals, contribute to the country sales & economic objectives of the UE activity (orders, revenue, gross margin…)
- Establish strong professional relationship with the partners like the Distributors, Panel builders or OEM by offering proactive response and support, and developing Schneider’s brand awareness in the community, by leveraging quality, safety & reliability values of our products.
- Be a real Team player, co-operating and supporting effectively local Schneider Electric sales team and sharing the information and experience with global Universal Enclosure organization
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanic, electric, automation) with at least 5 years of experience is required
- Proven success in prior Sales roles
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills, time management and organizational skills
- Having strong Background in the field of industrial components or electrical distribution.
- Ability to travel intensively >50% of the time
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to use MS Office
