As part of our HR Customer Care team you will act as an HR guide for our employees across Europe. You will have the opportunity to navigate them through the HR world and design smart and user-friendly solutions for them. Major duties and responsibilities:

• Preparing employee’s contracts and other documents related to employment process
• Updating data in Talent Link and other HR systems
• Preparing analysis and reports regarding employee administration
• Providing support for Schneider Electric employees related toHR topics

Required qualifications and skills:

• Fluent French/ Spanish / Italian / Swedish and a good command of English
• University degree or final-year students (educational background related to HR will be an asset)
• Experience in Customer Service/ Call Center will be an asset
• Goal orientation and consistency of action
• Customer focus and team-working skills
