About your role:

What you will do:
  • Working effectively on all processes and systems related to vendor query field
  • Analyzing and solving issues regarding the vendor query management
  • Contacting vendors via email and phone for a better understanding and problem resolution
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and standardization of the processes
  • Building a proper collaboration with main stakeholders
What will help you to be successful?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience required
  • 2 years of accounting experience or in financial analysis preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collect and analyze data from various systems
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Highly collaboration competencies with solid interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and “can-do” attitude
