We Offer

Market Data Services is the department in Credit Suisse that is responsible for the operational and financial management of the bank's market data inventory. Our department controls managing the provision and removals of market data services, its associated services inventory, invoice control, approval, cost recharge and usage management information. This role is specifically focussed on tasks related to control of costs and contract updates for Market Data Vendors. It also will require you to take responsibility for declarations to one or more vendors and maintain an accurate record of users and other details.

The role involves:

• You will ensure that any new services are properly reflected in inventory management tool
• You will ensure that the internal inventory of market data services and pricing is kept up to date and accurate
• You will communicate with Market Data vendors and business partners
• Completion of monthly and quarterly declarations to Market Data vendors in a timely and accurate manner
• You will respond to internal queries regarding costs allocated to users and ensuring queries are resolved on time to reduce impact on cost base
• You will investigate and own invoice/costs queries through to resolution
• Cultivate and encourage collaborative, team working environment, work hand in hand with global teams to ensure global standards and optimal service provision

This position will allow to gain experience in a multinational corporation under Global Market Data Services.

You Offer

• You have graduate degree, a Finance or Economics focus is preferable but not mandatory
• Market Data experience would be beneficial
• You have experience in similar areas within a banking environment is preferred
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills
• You have an analytical mindset and ability to challenge the accepted status quo
• Control mindset and attention to detail is required
• You are results orientated
• You are able to work as part of a team but also possess the ability to deliver results independently
• You are experienced with MS Office, particularly Excel
• You have fluent English (written and spoken)
